We are licensed in the state of Connecticut and the state of New York. In order to protect all parties, we comply with the state law and treat all our clients equally, we adhere to the set of policies below.

Our Policy

Either prospective clients would be asked to show proof of identification.

Exclusive broker agreement is required for any in-person showings. This requirement is not mandatory on our listings but strongly recommended in best interest of prospective buyer.

Prospective buyers are required to provide proof of funds or pre-approval prior to any in-person showings. This requirement is not mandatory for Public Open House attendees.
